		<description><![CDATA[Tulare County Citizens for Responsible Growth (TCCRG) announced that Kelly Mitchell has been hired as the organization’s Executive Director, effective April 19.  A resident of Three Rivers, Ms. Mitchell has completed a twenty-one year career in the U.S. Navy, retiring as a Lieutenant Commander after deployments world-wide.
